What IS a sandwich, anyway?
Webster’s Dictionary defines a sandwich thusly:
sandwich

b : one slice of bread covered with food
Even the smallest child can easily see that a hot dog is, at its most basic, nothing more than a delicious tube-steak filling resting between the pillowy, welcoming halves of a finely split roll.
That simple, OBVIOUS FACT is at the core of this movement. A movement to restore sanity to the public square. A movement to protect decency among all good and honest people. A movement to recognize the immutable and self-evident truth that a hot dog is undeniably a sandwich.
